San Diego Christian College

San Diego Christian College (SDCC) is a private, four-year Christian college located in Santee, California. Founded in 1970, SDCC is part of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU). The college offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree programs to its students.

At SDCC, students will find a faith-based education that emphasizes the importance of spiritual growth and development. The college’s mission is to prepare students for lives of service and leadership by providing an education grounded in biblical principles. Through the curriculum, students are encouraged to think critically and develop their own personal philosophies.

SDCC offers several different academic programs for its students. These include majors in Bible/Theology, Business/Accounting, Education, English/Communications, History/Political Science, Psychology/Human Services and Social Sciences. Additionally, the college offers several minors such as Biblical Languages & Literature, Business Administration and Psychology.

In addition to its academic offerings, SDCC provides many extracurricular activities for its students. These include intramural sports teams such as basketball and soccer; student organizations such as Alpha Chi Omega sorority; and service opportunities like internships with local organizations or mission trips abroad.

The campus itself is located on 35 acres of land in Santee near San Diego’s East County mountains. The area provides a safe environment for learning with plenty of outdoor activities nearby such as hiking trails or beaches. On campus there are several residence halls for student housing as well as an onsite cafeteria that serves both breakfast and dinner seven days a week.
