Olivet Nazarene University

Olivet Nazarene University (ONU) is a private, Christian university located in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Founded in 1907 by the Church of the Nazarene, ONU offers more than 140 undergraduate majors, minors and pre-professional programs, as well as more than 60 graduate and doctoral programs. The university’s mission is to “educate individuals for lives of learning, leadership and service to God and humanity.”

The main campus of ONU is situated on a sprawling 500-acre campus in Bourbonnais. It includes a variety of buildings, including residence halls, academic buildings, sports facilities and a library. The university also has several satellite locations throughout the United States.

At ONU students can pursue degrees in a variety of disciplines including: business administration; education; health sciences; engineering; computer science; music; art; theatre/drama/dance; communication studies; psychology; sociology; history and more. Additionally, the university offers online degree programs for students who are unable to attend classes on campus.
