Ohio Valley University

Ohio Valley University is a private Christian university located in Vienna, West Virginia. Founded in 1958, it is affiliated with the Churches of Christ in Christian Union and offers undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees. The university is committed to providing students with a faith-based education that integrates spiritual growth and development with academic excellence.

Ohio Valley University has a beautiful campus located on 200 acres of rolling hills near Parkersburg, WV. Students have access to numerous student organizations such as honor societies, intramural sports teams, student government associations and Greek life organizations.

The university provides a vibrant spiritual life through chapel services offered throughout the week as well as weekly Bible study groups for students interested in exploring their faith further or developing relationships within the Christian community at Ohio Valley University.

Ohio Valley University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). The university also holds memberships in several other organizations including the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU).
