McMaster Divinity College

McMaster Divinity College (MDC) is a private Christian college located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It is affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada and is a member of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. MDC offers a variety of degree programs, including Bachelor of Theology (BTh), Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Theological Studies (MTS), Doctor of Ministry (DMin), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

The college was founded in 1957 as an extension campus of McMaster University. In 1971, it became an independent institution. Today, it is one of the largest theological colleges in Canada, with over 500 students from more than 30 countries.

At MDC, students have access to a wide range of resources to help them succeed in their studies. This includes a library with more than 100,000 volumes, access to online databases and journals, and a computer lab with high-speed internet access. In addition to its academic programs, MDC also provides spiritual formation opportunities for its students through chapel services, retreats and seminars.

MDC has several faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. They come from diverse backgrounds and have extensive experience teaching at universities around the world. These include concerts featuring local musicians as well as lectures by prominent theologians from around the world on topics such as Christian ethics and social justice issues.
