Fresno Pacific University

Fresno Pacific University is a private Christian university located in Fresno, California. It was founded in 1944 as the Pacific Bible Institute and is one of the ten universities that make up the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. The university offers over 70 undergraduate majors and minors, along with 19 master's degrees and two doctoral programs.

Fresno Pacific University has a long history of commitment to excellence in education, spiritual formation and service to others. The university is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Senior College and University Commission, as well as several other professional accrediting organizations.

The campus of Fresno Pacific University is located on a 75-acre site in northeast Fresno, California. The campus includes 13 residence halls, a student center, library, sports complex, bookstore and several other buildings for academic purposes.
