  1. These are ceremonial laws that do not apply to church. These were meant for the Jewish nation and covered civil, and in this case, ceremonial law. We are not required or expected to live by this code if we are in Christ. Christ fulfilled the Law of Moses and made us free from it.

  2. Yes, we now live in the dispensation of grace and with Christ fulfilling the law, we are no longer required to follow the levitical process. Jesus said the 10 comm. are this: love the Lord thy God and your nieghbor as yourself. Not meant to oversimplify, we are still responsible for our moral "conversation"
