I am a Christian and would like to choose a good major. Which one should I choose out of all the Christian majors?

3/17/2010 submited by: - Choosing a college major really depends on who God has created you to be, what gifts and passions He has given you, and where you felt led. Are you involved in music? A degree in Worship Music or Church Music could be the right fit, and are often very challenging degrees. Do you felt called to missions, serving Christ in urban ministries, or otherwise reaching out to the global community for Christ? Try Global studies, intercultural studies, or the like.
Remember, you can serve God in any area of study that does not conflict with the Bible, and you can glorify God even in the mainly secular
careers. Ask a pastor, Sunday school teacher, parents, and friends at church about careers and majors. Look at specific Christian universities and colleges that you are considering and carefully go through the majors they offer and the description of those courses.
Most of all, look to God's Word, and continually pray and seek God's will and blessing on what you want to do, and He will provide all you need. Trust in Him. Don't doubt if things don't seem to go your way. God cares about you, and He cares about the path you take, He will guide you in that part of your life as the rest.
